Our custom fabric media walls create a large, professional branded backdrop for trade shows, conferences, corporate events, awards, sponsor walls, product launches and photo areas. Each system uses a lightweight reusable aluminium frame with a smooth 280gsm blockout tension-fabric skin printed in full colour.

1. Choose Your Media Wall Size – 2.5m, 3m or 6m
The best size depends on your venue, the number of people standing in front of the backdrop and how much branding or sponsor information you need to display. All three standard media walls are approximately 2.3m high.

Important: 8ft/10ft and 2.5m/3.0m media wall systems use different sizing standards and are not interchangeable. Using the wrong replacement media wall skin may damage the skin or frame.
2. Choose Single-Sided or Double-Sided Printing
Single-sided media walls are the most economical choice when the display will normally be viewed only from the front. Your custom artwork is printed on the front and the reverse is plain white.
Double-sided media walls are better for open exhibition spaces, shopping centres and venues where people can approach from both directions. The two sides can use the same design or completely different artwork.

Choose this for a first media wall or when you want a complete matched system. Includes the printed skin, reusable aluminium frame, two steel feet and carry bag.
Choose this when you already have a compatible media wall frame and need new branding or artwork. If your frame is from another supplier, check the replacement-skin measurement guide below before ordering.
Choose this when you need the frame, feet and carry bag without a new print. If you intend to fit an existing skin onto it, contact us first because tension skins are size-sensitive.

5. How to Order Your Custom Media Wall

- Prepare the artwork: use our PDF or Canva template, or send us your existing design.
- Complete payment and approve print-ready artwork. Production starts once both are confirmed.
- Tell us your event date if timing is tight. Contact us before ordering if urgent production may be required.

6. Media Wall Artwork, Canva Templates & Design Tips
Media walls are frequently photographed, so keep important logos and messages large enough to remain visible when people stand in front of the backdrop. For multi-sponsor artwork, use consistent spacing and a clear logo hierarchy.

7. Replacement Media Wall Skin – How to Measure Your Existing Frame
If you already own a media wall frame, you can often reuse it and order a new replacement media wall skin. If your frame was purchased from Flagseller, please provide the original order details where possible. If it came from another supplier, we need to check the actual assembled frame dimensions before confirming compatibility.
1. Fully assemble the media wall frame.
Set up the complete aluminium frame before measuring. Measure the frame itself rather than the old printed fabric skin.
2. Measure the overall frame width.
Measure horizontally from the outside edge of the aluminium tube on one side to the outside edge of the tube on the opposite side.
3. Measure the overall frame height.
Measure vertically from the outside edge of the top aluminium tube to the outside edge of the bottom aluminium tube. Do not include the steel feet.
4. Take a clear straight-on front photo and send us the details.
Send us the assembled frame width, height and a clear front photo. We also use the photo to confirm the top-corner curvature (corner radius), as different media wall manufacturers commonly use different radiuses, often around 100mm or 200mm. These details allow us to check whether our replacement tension-fabric skin is suitable for your frame.
Important: a frame advertised as “2.5m”, “3m” or another nominal size may have different actual dimensions depending on the supplier. Please do not measure the old skin, include the feet, or rely only on the advertised frame size. For replacement media wall skins, we need the fully assembled frame measured outer edge to outer edge of the aluminium tubes.
8. Setup, Transport, Fabric & Care
- Tool-free setup: aluminium tube sections connect together, the printed skin slides over the frame and the zipper closes along the bottom.
- Smooth tensioned finish: the fitted fabric stretches across the frame to help reduce normal packing creases.
- Easy transport: the frame dismantles into compact sections and packs into the supplied carry bag.
- Premium fabric: 280gsm blockout polyester tension fabric with full-colour dye-sublimation printing.
- Washable: the fabric can be washed; make sure it is completely dry before folding and storing.
- Fire retardant: our current premium media wall fabric is fire retardant and suitable for many indoor exhibition and event applications.
- Indoor use recommended: media walls have a large surface area and can catch substantial wind, so use them primarily indoors or in protected environments.

What Media Wall Size Should I Choose?
Choose 2.5m for compact spaces and smaller groups, 3m for most trade shows and corporate events, and 6m for stages, larger groups and detailed sponsor displays.
How Many People Can Stand in Front of a Media Wall?
There is no fixed number because photography distance and positioning vary. A 2.5m wall suits individuals and small groups, a 3m wall gives more comfortable coverage for small-to-medium groups, and a 6m wall is better for larger teams.
Should I Choose Single-Sided or Double-Sided?
Choose single-sided printing when the wall is mainly viewed from the front. Choose double-sided printing when visitors can approach from both directions or when you want two different messages from one display.
Can I Print Different Designs on Each Side?
Yes. A double-sided media wall can use completely different artwork, text and background colours on each side.
Can I Buy a Replacement Media Wall Skin Only?
Yes. If you already have a compatible frame, you can order just the printed skin. For a frame from another supplier, follow the frame measurement and photo instructions in Section 7 before ordering.

Flag and Banner Maintenance
While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:
1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays
2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.
3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly
4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind
5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h
6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
