The system combines a 10kg heavy-duty aluminium pop-up frame with a custom printed 250gsm heavy-duty polyknit skin.

Front Panel Only or Full Wraparound Sides?
Front Panel Only provides the main 3.0 x 2.3m printed face and is ideal when visitors primarily view the wall straight on.
Front + Left & Right Sides continues the fabric around the return sides of the frame, giving the larger wall a more finished appearance from different viewing angles.
Skin Only vs Complete 3m Media Wall Set
Select Skin Only / No Frame if you already have a compatible 3m FlagSeller pop-up frame and are replacing or refreshing the graphics. Select With Frame for a complete new display. Because frame dimensions and attachment systems can vary, contact us before ordering a skin for an older or different-brand frame.

Designed for Wide Event Backdrops
At three metres wide, this display is well suited to media photography, award presentations, sponsor walls, larger trade-show stands and branded backgrounds where several people may appear in front of the artwork. The 10kg aluminium frame remains collapsible for event transport and a fabric bag is included.
Fast Pop Up Setup
The aluminium structure expands into shape and packs down again without building a permanent wall. Once your team is familiar with the system, normal setup and pack-down take only a few minutes.

3m Pop Up Media Wall FAQ
When should I choose the 3m media wall instead of the 2.3m model?
Choose the 3m model when you have enough floor space and want a wider backdrop for group photos, sponsor branding or a larger exhibition stand. The 2.3m model is easier to fit into compact spaces.
What is the exact display size?
The finished display is approximately 3000mm wide x 2300mm high.
How heavy is the large frame?
The heavy-duty aluminium frame weighs approximately 10kg.
What material is the printed skin?
The graphic is printed in full colour on 250gsm heavy-duty polyknit using dye sublimation.
Should I print the side panels as well?
The front-only option works well for straight-on viewing. Printed left and right sides give a more complete wraparound look, especially on a wide wall that may be visible from different angles.
Can I order a 3m replacement skin without the frame?
Yes, if your existing frame is compatible. Check with us first if the frame is old or from another supplier.
Can I print photographs across a 3m media wall?
Yes. Photography can look very effective at this scale, but high-resolution source images are important because the final print is three metres wide.
Can I prepare the artwork in Canva?
Yes. Follow our Canva media-wall guide and use the correct large-size proportions before exporting a print-quality PDF.
Is the 3m pop up media wall suitable outdoors?
It is primarily an indoor display system. Its wide fabric surface can catch wind, so it is not intended as a freestanding outdoor advertising wall.
Summary:
We run two production rounds weekly. Orders confirmed by Wednesday 5 PM are likely ready by next Monday; those confirmed by Friday 5 PM are usually done by next Tuesday. Most orders are completed within 5 working days. Same-week turnaround is only available through our urgent flag services. which are completed in around 2 working days.

Flag and Banner Maintenance
While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:
1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays
2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.
3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly
4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind
5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h
6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
