Corflute Sign Printing Turnaround Time
Turnaround time depends on how efficiently your order can be arranged on our standard 2440 × 1220mm production sheets. To keep our corflute printing prices low, smaller jobs that do not fill a complete sheet are normally combined with other customers' orders before we start printing.
If your order fills a complete sheet by itself, we can normally put it into production as soon as the artwork is confirmed. For example, 12 × 400 × 600mm corflute signs fill one 2440 × 1220mm sheet, so an order of this size can usually be completed in around 2 working days after artwork approval.
For smaller orders that do not fill a complete sheet, the turnaround time can vary because we need to wait for compatible jobs to combine with yours. The expected turnaround is around 5 working days after artwork approval, although this can vary depending on the current production schedule. We will always do our best to combine and print your order as soon as possible.

Why We Recommend 5mm Corflute Signs in New Zealand
5mm corflute is thicker, more rigid and less flexible than 3mm corflute. For outdoor signage in New Zealand, that additional rigidity can be valuable because signs are regularly exposed to wind and changing weather conditions.

Do You Print Double-Sided Corflute Signs?
Yes. We accept larger quantity double-sided corflute orders in both 5mm and, where suitable, 3mm. Contact us with the required size, quantity and whether the artwork is the same or different on each side.

Our low unit prices are designed mainly for medium and bulk corflute orders. A one-off $30 + GST setup fee applies when the printing subtotal is less than $80 + GST.

Corflute Sign Shipping and Pickup
Corflute is lightweight and economical, but large boards can be bent if handled roughly during courier transport. Small quantities of very large sheets can therefore carry a higher risk of transit damage.
For some small-quantity orders of large corflute signs, we may contact you if courier delivery is considered too risky. Pickup from our Mt Roskill, Auckland location is available, and ordering several signs together can also provide better protection during transport.

Yes. We deliver throughout New Zealand, although some small quantities of very large boards may be considered too vulnerable for standard courier delivery. Pickup is available from Mt Roskill, Auckland.

Flag and Banner Maintenance
While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:
1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays
2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.
3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly
4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind
5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h
6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
