Each complete sign combines a heavy-duty fillable water base with a rigid 800 × 600mm ACM sign panel, custom printed on both sides. Also known as a pavement sign, sidewalk sign or water-base footpath sign, it is easy to position near entrances, footpaths and roadside-facing business areas.

The complete set is designed to provide a professional outdoor display without the cost of a larger permanent sign. The ACM panel is rigid, durable and laser-cut for smooth edges, while the plastic base can be filled with water or sand for extra stability. If you already own the base, choose the Replacement Panels Only option; if you only need the hardware, choose Base Only.

Normal turnaround is around 3–4 working days after payment and print-ready artwork are confirmed. Shipping is available nationwide across New Zealand.

The fillable base is one of the main advantages of this style of pavement sign. It is light enough to move when empty, then becomes substantially heavier once filled at the display location.

• Approximately 2.5kg when empty for easier transport and storage.
• Approximately 14kg when filled with water.
• Fill with sand when you prefer additional weight and do not need to empty the base frequently.
• Best used on a reasonably flat surface where the sign will not obstruct pedestrians or traffic.

Like all portable outdoor signs, it is not storm-proof. Move the sign indoors during severe wind or unsafe weather rather than relying on the filled base alone.

For most new customers: choose the complete set. If you already have a compatible base, the replacement-panel option lets you refresh the advertising without replacing the whole sign.

Summary:

We run two production rounds weekly. Orders confirmed by Wednesday 5 PM are likely ready by next Monday; those confirmed by Friday 5 PM are usually done by next Tuesday. Most orders are completed within 5 working days. Same-week turnaround is only available through our urgent flag services. which are completed in around 2 working days.

Flag and Banner Maintenance

While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:

1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays

2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.

3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly

4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind

5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h

6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
