Corflute Sign Holder & Printed Corflute Sign – Real Estate Sign Stand
Corflute Sign Holder & 400x600 Corflute Sign – Quick Guide
Three ordering options: a complete holder and printed sign set, the ground spike holder only, or a replacement double-sided printed sign only.
Printed sign: fixed 400x600mm size, 3mm corflute and full-colour printing on both sides.
Holder: a portable corflute sign stand with a ground spike for lawns and other suitable soft ground. It is not designed for concrete, asphalt or other hard surfaces.
Minimum order: 3 units. Twelve printed signs fill one 1220x2440mm production sheet, so quantities of 12, 24, 36 and 48 provide especially efficient pricing.
Printed-sign production: a full-sheet order of 12 signs can normally be completed in around 2 working days after payment and artwork are confirmed. Other quantities normally take around 5 working days while we combine jobs to reduce material waste.
Courier note: small quantities of corflute boards have less rigidity in the package and are more vulnerable to bending or corner damage. Auckland pickup is recommended where practical.

3. Real Estate Sign Stand, Open Home Sign and Directional Uses
This portable sign format is widely used where a message needs to be visible from both directions and moved regularly between locations.
- Use as a portable real estate sign stand for listings, auctions and property directions.
- Add agency branding, agent details, arrows or property messages.
- Create an open home sign that can be installed quickly beside lawns and grass verges.
- The lightweight board and spike holder are easy to transport between properties.
- Suitable for events, parking directions, schools, roadside promotions and temporary notices.
- A corflute sign with spike holder is most suitable where the ground can safely accept the spike.
For hard surfaces such as concrete, pavement or indoor floors, choose an A-frame sandwich board sign with custom printed panels instead of a ground spike stand.
4. Best-Value Quantities and Corflute Sign Production Time
A 1220x2440mm production sheet holds exactly 12 printed 400x600mm corflute signs. Full-sheet quantities reduce offcut waste and allow the sheet to move through production without waiting to be combined with unrelated jobs.
| Quantity | Printed Sign Only | Holder + Printed Sign |
|---|---|---|
| 12 signs – 1 full sheet | $16 each | $31 each |
| 24 signs – 2 full sheets | $15 each | $29 each |
| 36 signs – 3 full sheets | $14 each | $27 each |
| 48 signs – 4 full sheets | $14 each | $27 each |
- 12 printed signs: normally around 2 working days after payment and print-ready artwork are confirmed.
- Other quantities: normally around 5 working days because we may combine jobs to fill a production sheet. We will always do our best to combine and print them as soon as possible.
- Why can 13 cost more per sign than 12? The thirteenth sign starts a second production sheet, so the unit price can rise immediately after a full-sheet quantity.
5. 400x600 Corflute Sign Artwork, PDF and Canva Templates
Use the fixed 400x600mm template so the finished board fits the corflute sign holder correctly. Corflute signs require 3mm bleed on all four sides.
Print-Ready Artwork Requirements
- Extend background colours and images through the full 3mm bleed area.
- Keep important logos, text and arrows safely inside the finished edge.
- Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG artwork is preferred.
- Bitmap images should normally be at least 100dpi at final size.
- Use CMYK or Pantone colours and convert fonts to outlines or curves.
- From Canva, download the finished design as PDF Print – standard.
- Upload the finished artwork when ordering.
6. Installing, Transporting and Shipping a Corflute Sign Stand
- Use the ground spike only in a suitable lawn or other firm, penetrable soft ground.
- Do not force the spike into concrete, asphalt, paving, rocky soil or underground obstructions.
- Keep the printed board fully supported by the holder and remove the sign during severe weather.
- When transporting several signs, keep the corflute boards flat and protect their corners from crushing.
Courier warning: small quantities of corflute signs are more vulnerable to bending and corner damage because fewer boards provide less rigidity inside the package. Small courier orders are sent at the customer's transit risk. Auckland pickup is recommended where practical.

Flag and Banner Maintenance
While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:
1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays
2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.
3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly
4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind
5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h
6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
