Our standard production process for custom teardrop flags or feather flags usually takes 5-6 working days. But a 2 working day urgent service is often available for an additional cost. We import hardware and materials directly from overseas factories, allowing us to offer premium quality products at affordable prices to businesses and organisations across NZ. We're also open to collaborating with local signwriters & printers.

1. Order

To order online, create an account, find the product by menu or search, choose your options and quantity, then upload your artwork. If you have several files, please zip them first. For files over 20MB, please send a Dropbox, Google Drive or similar download link.

2. Payment

At checkout, you can pay by credit/debit card or bank deposit. Card payments are secure and encrypted. If you prefer to pay by invoice, please send us your delivery address and we can set up the order for you. Custom orders usually require payment before production.

3. Design

Upload your print-ready artwork on the product page. If you need design help, please add the $20 or $30 design service to your cart and upload your logo and instructions there. A vector or high-res logo gives the best print result. You may also try DIY flag design with AI.

4. Confirm

If you order design service, we will email a mockup for approval before production. For uploaded artwork, we will check the file first. If there are any issues, we will contact you by email. If everything is suitable, production will begin without notice.

5. Processing

Once artwork is confirmed, no further changes can be made. Production includes printing, heating, cutting and sewing, and usually takes around 4–6 working days. Please tell us early if you have a close deadline, as urgent service may be available.

6. Delivery

When your order is ready, we will dispatch it quickly and email you the tracking details. Delivery is usually overnight in the North Island and around two working days in the South Island, but courier speed is outside our control. Any questions please let us know.
