Our premium pull up banners, also called roll up banners or retractable banner stands, are designed for professional indoor displays, trade shows, conferences, reception areas and presentations.
Best finish: choose our curl-free premium fabric. It uses a smooth silver-backed blockout satin that looks more refined and stays flat for long-term indoor use.
Best price or faster turnaround: choose standard PET. It is the more economical option and is normally the better choice when your deadline is short.
Sizes: 850mm or 1200mm wide. Both options include the printed graphic, heavy-duty aluminium base and support rod and are for indoor use.
Production: standard PET normally takes about 3–5 working days. Premium curl-free fabric takes around one week. An urgent pull up banner service of around 2 working days may be available for standard PET; please confirm before ordering.
1. Premium Fabric vs Standard PET Pull Up Banners – Which Should You Choose?
The right roll up banner depends mainly on your budget, how important the presentation is and when you need it. The premium fabric version is the better long-term display; standard PET keeps the purchase price lower and offers the faster production option.

Both materials are printed in full colour and designed to retract into the aluminium base for transport and storage. If you need a much larger branded background for group photos or a stage, a fabric media wall event backdrop will normally provide better coverage.

A good pull up banner should be easy to understand from several metres away. Keep your logo near the top, use a clear headline, limit small text and place contact details where they can be read comfortably.

Print-Ready Artwork Requirements
- Supply vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG artwork where possible.
- Bitmap images should normally be at least 100dpi at final print size.
- Use CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colours and convert fonts to outlines.
- Extend the background through the full bleed area.
- Keep logos, text and important details clear of the top and bottom finishing areas.
- Follow the instructions inside the relevant template before exporting a print-ready PDF.
5. Can You Reuse an Old Pull Up Banner Frame?
We understand why customers want to keep a working roll up banner frame rather than waste it. In most one-off jobs, however, replacing only the graphic is not economical.
The old frame normally needs to be sent to us and returned after fitting. The job also requires extra handling, custom installation and high-performance double-sided tape. Once these costs are included, the total is usually close to the price of a complete new pull up banner, with no guarantee that an unfamiliar frame will work reliably with the new graphic.
Reusing frames may be practical only for a larger quantity of identical, compatible frames using standard PET/PVC-style graphics. Contact us first with photos, dimensions and quantity. For a single banner or premium fabric graphic, we normally recommend ordering a complete new unit.
6. Pull Up Banners for Trade Shows, Events & Business Displays
Pull up banners are compact, quick to position and ideal for individual messages, but many events need several coordinated display products. Use a custom fabric media wall as the main photo or stage backdrop, add a custom printed tablecloth at the registration or sales table and place roll up banners beside entrances or key information points. 8. Premium Pull Up Banner & Roll Up Banner FAQ
Summary:
We run two production rounds weekly. Orders confirmed by Wednesday 5 PM are likely ready by next Monday; those confirmed by Friday 5 PM are usually done by next Tuesday. Most orders are completed within 5 working days. Same-week turnaround is only available through our urgent flag services. which are completed in around 2 working days.

Flag and Banner Maintenance
While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:
1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays
2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.
3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly
4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind
5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h
6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
