What is the Best Logo Size for Custom Media Wall?

We recently completed a custom media wall order for Ray White NorthWest, and this project raised an important design question that many clients ask — what is the best logo size for a printed media wall?

In this case, the customer provided us with a square logo. Initially, they requested a logo size of 120mm x 120mm. While we always respect client preferences, we offered an alternative mockup using a larger logo size of 200mm x 200mm for better photo visibility and branding impact. After comparing both mockups, they chose the larger size, which provides more clarity in event photos and a more professional visual balance on the media backdrop.

For square logos, we generally recommend a size between 180mm to 190mm, while for rectangular logos, the optimal size depends on the specific width-to-height ratio. A well-scaled logo makes a huge difference in the final look of your printed backdrop, especially when photographed during events or media appearances.
