Front Panel Only vs Front + Side Panels
Front Panel Only covers the main 2.3 x 2.3m face and is the most economical choice when the media wall will be viewed directly from the front.
Front + Left & Right Sides extends the printed skin around both sides of the frame. It gives a more complete wraparound appearance when visitors can see the display from an angle.
Skin Only or Complete Set With Frame?
Choose Skin Only / No Frame when you already own a compatible 2.3m FlagSeller pop-up frame and only need new branding. Choose With Frame for a complete new display system. If you are rebranding an older display and are unsure about compatibility, send us photos or frame details before ordering.

Artwork Template for the 2.3m Media Wall
All artwork should be prepared using the correct 2.3m template. Download the 2.3 x 2.3m pop up display PDF template.

Fast Setup and Easy Event Transport
The aluminium frame expands into position and collapses again for transport, making it much faster to build than a permanent exhibition backdrop. Once familiar with the system, setup and pack-down normally take only a few minutes. The frame is approximately 7kg and a fabric carry bag is included.

2.3m Pop Up Media Wall FAQ
Is 2.3 x 2.3m the standard pop up media wall size?
It is our standard square model and is a practical choice for many event booths because it provides a large branding area while remaining more compact than the 3m model.
How heavy is the frame?
The heavy-duty aluminium frame weighs approximately 7kg.
What fabric is the printed skin?
We use 250gsm heavy-duty polyknit printed in full colour by dye sublimation.
Should I choose front panel only or front plus side panels?
Choose front-only for the lowest-cost straightforward backdrop. Add the left and right side panels when the display will be viewed from angles and you want the artwork to wrap around the frame.
Can I order the printed skin without a new frame?
Yes, if you already have a compatible frame. If the frame is older or from another supplier, check compatibility with us before ordering the skin.
Can I use photographs in the artwork?
Yes. Large-format photographic printing works well on the fabric, but the source image needs enough resolution for the final 2.3m display size.
Can I design it in Canva?
Yes. Follow our Canva media-wall guide and use the correct template proportions before exporting a print-quality PDF.
Can this pop up media wall be used outdoors?
It is primarily an indoor display. The large fabric surface can catch wind, so it should not be treated as an outdoor freestanding advertising structure.
How quickly can the frame be set up?
The pop-up mechanism is designed for fast event setup. Once familiar with it, the frame and skin can normally be assembled in a few minutes.

We run two production rounds weekly. Orders confirmed by Wednesday 5 PM are likely ready by next Monday; those confirmed by Friday 5 PM are usually done by next Tuesday. Most orders are completed within 5 working days. Same-week turnaround is only available through our urgent flag services. which are completed in around 2 working days.

Flag and Banner Maintenance
While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:
1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays
2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.
3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly
4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind
5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h
6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
