Custom Gazebo Canopy & Wall Replacement / Add-On
Replace, rebrand or add to your existing custom gazebo without buying a complete new gazebo. This page brings our most useful custom gazebo canopy replacement and custom printed gazebo wall options together in one place, including 3×3m and 3×6m replacement canopies, full walls, half walls and clear-window walls.
Choose the individual canopy or wall you need. This is especially useful when your existing gazebo frame is still in good condition, when only one wall needs replacing, when you want to add extra walls for a different event setup, or when your organisation has rebranded and needs new printed fabric.
Important: gazebo frames and attachment systems are not universal. If your frame was not originally supplied by FlagSeller, or you are unsure which model you have, please check the compatibility information below before ordering a replacement canopy or wall.
Custom Gazebo Canopy & Wall Replacement / Add-On NZ – Quick Guide
What you can order: one replacement canopy or one individual custom printed gazebo wall from the options below.
Canopies: 3×3m or 3×6m custom printed replacement canopy.
Walls: 3m or 6m full walls, 3m half walls and 3m clear-window walls, with single-sided or double-sided printing where offered.
Half-wall hardware: included with the 3m half-wall options.
Frame: not included. These options are designed for customers who already have a suitable gazebo frame.
Normal production: around 5 working days after payment, artwork approval and any required fit confirmation.
Using another supplier's frame? Please send photos and measurements before ordering. A nominal 3×3m or 3×6m size alone does not guarantee compatibility.

2. Which Gazebo Replacement or Add-On Option Should I Choose?
Choose this when your 3×3m frame is still sound but the roof is faded, damaged, outdated or needs new branding.
For compatible 3×6m pop-up gazebo frames where the existing roof needs replacement or complete rebranding.
Suitable for one side of a compatible 3×3m gazebo or a 3m end of a 3×6m gazebo. It can be used as a replacement wall or as an additional wall for a different event layout.
Designed for the long 6m side of a compatible 3×6m gazebo. Useful for large back-wall branding, event displays and additional enclosure.
A good option when you want branding and a defined event boundary while keeping the gazebo open and accessible. The listed half-wall price includes the required half-wall hardware.
Useful where you want more enclosure or weather protection while retaining visibility and natural light through the wall.
3. Single-Sided vs Double-Sided Printed Gazebo Walls
The correct print option depends on how the wall will be viewed at your events.
- Single-sided printed wall: the most economical choice when the main viewing side is the outside-facing surface.
- Double-sided printed wall: recommended when customers will clearly see both the outside and inside of the gazebo wall and you want a finished branded appearance from both directions.
- Different artwork: where required, the two visible faces of a double-sided wall can be prepared with different artwork. Clearly identify each side when supplying files.
4. Replacement Canopy Compatibility – Will It Fit My Existing Frame?
A 3×3m or 3×6m description does not mean every gazebo canopy of that nominal size is interchangeable. Different manufacturers can use different roof geometry, centre-peak heights, corner fittings, frame dimensions and attachment systems.
- Provide your previous order number, organisation name or approximate purchase date if available.
- Photos are useful for older frames because gazebo specifications can change over time.
- We can check the most appropriate replacement option before production.
- Do not order only because the frame is advertised as 3×3m or 3×6m.
- Send clear photos and accurate measurements in millimetres.
- If the original canopy still fits correctly, measuring the old canopy is normally the best starting point.
- Send photos of the fully opened frame, centre roof hub, top corners, legs and canopy attachment points.
- If the old canopy is available, photograph it laid flat.
- Additional measurements may be required before we can confirm compatibility.
Why the Fit Check Matters
A canopy that is too small can place excessive tension on the fabric and frame or fail to reach the corners. A canopy that is too large can sit loose, look poorly fitted or allow water to collect. Compatibility should therefore be confirmed before a replacement canopy is manufactured.
5. How to Measure an Existing Gazebo Canopy
If your old canopy still fits the frame correctly, use it as the first reference.
- Remove the canopy and lay it flat on a clean, dry surface.
- Use two people where possible. Hold the fabric straight with light tension to remove wrinkles, but do not stretch it.
- Measure in millimetres. Small differences can matter on a tensioned pop-up gazebo roof.
- Measure the lower roof edge from corner to corner along each relevant side.
- Measure from the centre peak to the lower roof edge/corner so the roof slope can be checked.
- Measure the valance drop.
- Take clear photos of the complete canopy and close-ups of corner pockets, centre-peak fittings, hook-and-loop straps, eyelets, buckles and unusual attachment details.
For 3×6m canopies and non-standard frames, we may request additional measurements after reviewing your first set of photos.
6. How to Measure the Frame If the Old Canopy Is Missing
Fully open, square and lock the frame before taking measurements.
- Overall outside leg spacing: outside edge to outside edge of the opposite legs.
- Measure both directions: do not assume the frame is exactly its nominal advertised size.
- Centre peak to outer top corner: measure from the centre hub/peak to the outside top corner.
- Photograph top-corner and peak fittings.
- Photograph the leg profile and provide the outside width where practical.
- Photograph all attachment points used by the canopy.
7. Will Replacement or Add-On Gazebo Walls Fit My Existing Gazebo?
Wall dimensions and attachment details can also vary between gazebo systems. Our standard 3m and 6m wall options are designed for compatible pop-up gazebo frames, but another supplier's gazebo should be checked before ordering.
- Confirm whether you need a 3m wall or a 6m wall.
- Send a photo of the gazebo fully erected with the existing wall if you have one.
- Photograph the wall attachment points along the roof/valance and legs.
- If replacing an old wall, provide its finished width and height in millimetres.
- If the gazebo was originally purchased from FlagSeller, provide the previous order details where possible.
Half-wall options include hardware. If you already have a half-wall system or are using another supplier's frame, contact us first so the setup can be checked.
8. Fabric and Full-Colour Printing
- 600D waterproof, fire-retardant tent fabric.
- Full-colour dye-sublimation printing.
- Roof panels and valances can be fully branded.
- Designed for temporary outdoor event use.
- Full-colour custom printing.
- Single-sided and double-sided options.
- Full-wall, half-wall and clear-window configurations available as listed above.
- Suitable for logos, brand colours, text, graphics and high-resolution photographs.
9. Artwork, PDF and Canva Templates
For one of our current standard gazebo specifications, use the relevant artwork template. An artwork template confirms print layout; it does not by itself confirm that another supplier's frame is physically compatible.
- Download the 3×3m gazebo PDF artwork template.
- Use the 3×3m gazebo Canva template.
- Download the 3×6m gazebo PDF artwork template.
- Use the 3×6m gazebo Canva template.
Recommended Artwork Files
- Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files are preferred for logos and text.
- High-resolution bitmap images can be used where the resolution is sufficient for the final print size.
- Convert important fonts to outlines/curves where practical.
- Use CMYK artwork for print production.
- For close brand-colour matching, provide the required Pantone Solid Coated reference where available.
10. How to Order
- Choose the individual canopy or wall option you need.
- Confirm compatibility if the component is for an older frame or a gazebo supplied by another company.
- Supply photos and measurements where required.
- Supply your artwork using the correct template where applicable.
- Complete artwork and fit confirmation. We will advise if anything else is required before production.
- Production begins after the required approvals.
11. Production Time, Proofing and Event Deadlines
Normal production is around 5 working days after payment, artwork approval and any required compatibility confirmation are complete.
This is the production time, not the courier delivery time. Shipping time is additional. If you need your canopy or wall for a fixed event date, tell us the deadline before ordering so we can check the full production and delivery timing.
Where we prepare, adjust or position artwork, a digital mock-up/proof can be supplied for approval before printing. Please check logos, spelling, colours, placement and orientation carefully.
12. Outdoor Use and Existing Frame Condition
Replacement canopies and gazebo walls are designed for temporary event use. Real-world wind and weather performance depends heavily on the existing frame, correct installation, anchoring, fitted walls and weather conditions.
- A new replacement canopy does not give an unknown existing frame a new independent wind rating.
- Follow the frame manufacturer's rating and instructions where available.
- Use appropriate anchoring and add gazebo sandbag weights where suitable additional ballast is required.
- Adding walls increases the surface area exposed to wind.
- Pack the gazebo away during strong wind, heavy rain, storms or unsafe conditions.
- If the frame is bent, cracked, badly worn or difficult to lock, replacing the whole gazebo may be more appropriate than adding new fabric.
13. Custom Gazebo Canopy & Wall FAQ
Can I order just a replacement gazebo canopy without a frame?
Yes. You can order either a 3×3m or 3×6m custom printed replacement canopy without buying another frame. Compatibility should be checked first if the frame was not originally supplied by FlagSeller.
Can I order just one gazebo wall?
Yes. This page is designed for individual wall orders as well as replacement canopies. Choose the required 3m or 6m full wall, 3m half wall or 3m clear-window wall from the available options.
Can I add a wall to my existing gazebo even if nothing is damaged?
Yes. The wall options can be used as add-ons as well as replacements. For example, you might add a back wall for branding, a half wall for a counter-style event setup, or a clear-window wall for additional enclosure.
Will your replacement canopy fit every 3×3m or 3×6m gazebo frame?
No. Nominal size alone does not guarantee fit. Roof geometry, frame dimensions, centre-peak height, corner fittings and attachment systems vary between manufacturers. Contact us with measurements and photos when the frame is not one of ours.
Will your gazebo walls fit a gazebo from another supplier?
Possibly, but this should be checked before ordering. Wall dimensions and attachment systems can vary. Send photos of the fully erected gazebo, wall attachment points and the finished measurements of an existing wall if available.
What is the difference between a 3m wall and a 6m wall?
A 3m wall covers a standard 3m side, such as one side of a 3×3m gazebo or an end of a 3×6m gazebo. A 6m wall is intended for the long side of a compatible 3×6m gazebo.
What is the difference between a full wall and a half wall?
A full wall provides near full-height coverage on that side of the gazebo. A half wall keeps the upper section open, making it useful for customer-facing stalls, counters and events where visibility and access are important. Our listed 3m half-wall options include the half-wall hardware.
When is a clear-window gazebo wall useful?
A clear-window wall is useful when you want more enclosure while retaining visibility and natural light. It can work well for staffed displays, information booths, markets and events where a fully solid wall would feel too enclosed.
Does the 3m half wall include the hardware?
Yes. The listed 3m single-sided and double-sided half-wall options include the required half-wall hardware. If you are fitting it to another supplier's gazebo, please confirm compatibility first.
Should I choose a single-sided or double-sided printed gazebo wall?
Single-sided printing is normally sufficient when the main viewing side is outside the gazebo. Double-sided is worthwhile when both the inside and outside faces are clearly visible and you want a finished branded appearance from both directions.
Can the two sides of a double-sided wall use different artwork?
Yes, where required. Clearly identify the artwork for each face when supplying your files so the layout and orientation can be checked before production.
Can I completely rebrand my existing gazebo without replacing the frame?
Yes, provided the frame remains structurally sound and the new fabric is compatible. You can replace the canopy and individual walls to create a substantially new branded appearance while continuing to use the existing hardware.
Can I have two differently branded canopies and swap them on the same frame?
Yes, provided both canopies are manufactured for the same confirmed frame. This is useful for organisations that share hardware between different brands, sponsors, teams or campaigns.
Can I send my old gazebo canopy or wall as a reference?
For an older or non-standard gazebo this can sometimes be useful. Contact us before sending anything so we can confirm whether the old component is suitable as a reference and what measurements or photos are also required.
What if my old canopy is stretched, torn or badly damaged?
Tell us before relying on its measurements. A badly stretched or distorted canopy may no longer represent the original pattern accurately, so frame measurements and additional photos may also be needed.
What artwork files should I supply?
Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files are preferred for logos and text. High-resolution bitmap images can also be used where resolution is sufficient. Use the correct gazebo template where applicable and provide CMYK artwork where practical.
Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?
Where we prepare, adjust or position the artwork, a digital mock-up/proof can be supplied before production. Check logos, wording, colours, placement and orientation carefully when approving it.
Can you match our existing gazebo or brand colours?
Provide the original artwork where possible and a Pantone Solid Coated reference when close brand-colour matching is important. Remember that old outdoor fabric may have faded and screen colours are not a reliable print reference.
How long does a replacement canopy or custom gazebo wall take?
Normal production is around 5 working days after payment, artwork approval and any required compatibility confirmation. Courier transit is additional.
Is the replacement canopy waterproof?
The replacement canopy uses 600D waterproof tent fabric designed for temporary event shelter. The gazebo should still be packed away during heavy rain, storms or unsafe weather and should not be treated as a permanent outdoor structure.
Will adding walls affect the gazebo in windy conditions?
Yes. Walls increase the surface area exposed to wind and can significantly increase wind load. Use appropriate anchoring, follow the frame manufacturer's instructions and remove walls or pack the gazebo away when conditions become unsafe.
When should I buy a complete new gazebo instead?
If the existing frame is bent, cracked, badly worn, difficult to lock, missing important fittings or cannot be confidently matched to the required canopy or wall, a complete new gazebo may be the better option.
14. Replacement, Rebranding or Additional Event Setup
These individual canopy and wall options allow you to change only the part of the gazebo that you actually need.

- Refresh branding while continuing to use a good frame.
- Replace one damaged wall rather than buying a complete new wall set.
- Add a new full wall, half wall or clear-window wall for a different event configuration.
- Create a second branded canopy for the same compatible frame.
- Update individual walls after a sponsor, campaign or company-brand change.

Flag and Banner Maintenance
While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:
1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays
2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.
3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly
4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind
5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h
6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
