Replace, rebrand or add individual parts to your existing custom gazebo without buying a complete new frame. Choose a 3x3m or 3x6m custom printed replacement gazebo canopy, or order an individual gazebo full wall, half wall or clear-window wall. Each option is sold separately so you can order exactly what you need.

1. Replacement Gazebo Canopy & Wall Prices

All prices below are + GST. The product selector is component-based with no package combinations.

2. What Can I Replace or Add?

Replacement gazebo canopy: choose a 3x3m or 3x6m custom printed canopy when your existing roof is faded, damaged, outdated or needs new branding. Our replacement canopies use 600D waterproof, fire-retardant tent fabric with full-colour dye-sublimation printing.

Full gazebo wall: add or replace a 3m wall for a 3x3m side or the 3m end of a compatible 3x6m gazebo. A 6m full wall is available for the long side of a compatible 3x6m gazebo.

Half gazebo wall: useful for markets, food stalls, registrations and promotional stands where you want a branded lower barrier while keeping the upper area open. The listed 3m half-wall options include the required half-wall hardware.

Clear-window gazebo wall: provides more enclosure while retaining visibility and natural light.

3. Will the Replacement Canopy or Wall Fit My Gazebo?

Gazebo parts are not universal. Different manufacturers can use different frame dimensions, roof geometry, centre-peak height, corner fittings and attachment systems.

• FlagSeller gazebo: send us your previous order number, organisation name or approximate purchase date where possible.
• Another supplier's gazebo: send clear photos and measurements before ordering.
• Older or unknown frame: send photos of the fully erected frame, top corners, centre roof hub, legs and attachment points.
• Existing canopy available: measuring the old canopy while laid flat is normally the best starting point.

If the existing frame is bent, cracked, badly worn or difficult to lock, a complete new gazebo may be more practical than fitting new fabric.

4. Single-Sided or Double-Sided Gazebo Walls?

• Single-sided printing: best value when the outside-facing surface is the main viewing side.
• Double-sided printing: suitable when both the inside and outside faces will be clearly visible.
• The two faces of a double-sided wall can use different artwork where required. Clearly identify each side when supplying files.

5. Artwork Templates

Use the correct gazebo artwork template for the component you are ordering. An artwork template controls the print layout but does not confirm physical compatibility with another supplier's frame.

Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG artwork is preferred for logos and text. Use CMYK artwork for printing, and provide a Pantone Solid Coated colour reference when close brand-colour matching is important.

8. Production Time & Outdoor Use

Normal custom production is around 5 working days after payment, artwork approval and any required fit confirmation. Courier delivery time is additional. If you have a fixed event date, please tell us before ordering.

Replacement canopies and walls are designed for temporary event use. Adding walls increases wind loading. Use suitable anchoring and pack the gazebo away during strong wind, heavy rain, storms or when it will be left unattended.

We run two production rounds weekly. Orders confirmed by Wednesday 5 PM are likely ready by next Monday; those confirmed by Friday 5 PM are usually done by next Tuesday. Most orders are completed within 5 working days. Same-week turnaround is only available through our urgent flag services. which are completed in around 2 working days.

Flag and Banner Maintenance

While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:

1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays

2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.

3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly

4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind

5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h

6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
