Product features

Printing: 180mm x 68mm printable area at the front and back sides. The artwork size with bleed will be 185mm x 68mm (5mm bleed). The printing quality is in average. Sorry we cannot do colour matching for this product.

Finishing: The front side will be laminated but the back side is writable.

Pen colours: red, pink, orange, blue, black, yellow, green. cyan, white, purple. (please leave your favorite pen colour in the order message box)

Ink colours: blue

Delivery: about 4 weeks after finally confirming your design.

The Design

Template: Must download the pdf design template here.

Design requirements:

1. Your artwork size must be 185mm x 68mm including 5mm bleed on one side for the aluminium stopper.
2. A 22mm wide area on the right of the front side is visible without rolling-out. No text or important design in the clip area (7 x 32mm).
3. All texts must be converts to curves or outlines.
4. We prefer to vectorised pdf file but high resolution bitmaps are also acceptable.

We run two production rounds weekly. Orders confirmed by Monday 5 PM are likely ready by Friday; those confirmed by Friday 5 PM are usually done by next Tuesday. Most orders are completed within 5 working days, but same-week service is not guaranteed. For urgent deadlines, choose Urgent Custom Flag Orders – around 2 working days.

Flag and Banner Maintenance

While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:

1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays

2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.

3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly

4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind

5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h

6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
