Choose the same Small or Large size. It will fit your existing Flagseller feather flag pole.
Using a pole from another supplier?
Check that it is full fibreglass and approximately 2.9m for Small or 3.9m for Large. Send us a photo and total pole length if unsure.
Production: normal production takes about 5 working days after artwork and payment are confirmed. Our urgent flag service is around 2 working days when available; please confirm urgent availability before ordering.

1. Replacement Feather Flag Compatibility – Will It Fit My Existing Pole?
- Select the same Small or Large size as your original Flagseller feather flag.
- The replacement flag will fit the corresponding Flagseller pole.
- Reuse your existing pole and base while they remain in good condition.
- Should be made from full fibreglass.
- Small: approximately 2.9m total pole length, normally 2 sections.
- Large: approximately 3.9m total pole length, normally 3 sections.
- The flexible upper section must follow the feather flag sleeve naturally.
- Contact us with a photo and total pole length if unsure.
Feather flag dimensions and pole profiles vary between manufacturers, so we cannot guarantee compatibility with another supplier's hardware without checking it first. If your existing base also needs replacing, compare our seven replacement flag base options for feather flags.

3. Replacement Feather Flag Fabric – Single-Sided vs Double-Sided Printing
- Single-sided 110gsm polyknit: Correct reading on the main side and mirrored on the reverse through the fabric. Lightweight and our most economical option.
- Double-sided standard 120gsm polyknit: Two printed layers with an internal blockout layer. Correct reading on both sides and a popular balance of price and visibility.
- Double-sided premium 150gsm satin: Two premium silver-backed satin layers with correct reading on both sides, stronger colour and a smoother premium appearance.
The relatively straight feather shape provides more usable writing space than a curved teardrop flag, making it especially useful for business names, several lines of text, services or contact information. 5. Reorder a Previous Flagseller Feather Flag Design
If you have ordered feather flags from Flagseller before, reordering is easy. You can reprint the same design or update it while continuing to use your existing compatible pole and base.

Returning customers: please specify your previous order number when placing the order. We keep your previous design files in our system, so we can normally locate and reuse the original artwork without you needing to supply it again.
6. Replacement Feather Flag Artwork, PDF & Canva Templates
The long, relatively straight feather shape provides useful space for logos, business names, promotional messages and multiple lines of text. Please prepare artwork on the correct template so the shape, sewing clearance and bleed are accurate.
Print-Ready Artwork Requirements for Replacement Feather Flags
- Keep important logos and text inside the safe sewing lines shown on the template.
- Convert fonts to outlines or curves.
- Use CMYK or Pantone colours. Provide a Pantone Solid Coated reference when accurate brand-colour matching is required.
- Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG artwork is preferred.
- Bitmap images should normally be at least 100dpi at final size.
- Combine multiple artwork files into one ZIP file before uploading.
- For large files, send a Google Drive, Dropbox or similar download link.

7. How to Install a Replacement Feather Flag on an Existing Pole
- Remove the old feather flag from the pole.
- Connect the fibreglass pole sections securely.
- Slide the pole through the new flag sleeve until it reaches the reinforced tip.
- Attach the bottom cord and adjust the tension.
- Place the pole back onto your existing compatible base and make sure it can rotate freely.

Flag and Banner Maintenance
While our high precision sewing and heavy-duty European ink is at the best of the best in the market, the inevitable wear of time will fade your flags and banners. Here are some quick tips to keep your flags or banners in a longer lifetime:
1. Keep out of direct sunlight when not needed - our UV-resistant European ink still fare better without UV rays
2. Ensure there are NO nearby rough walls, poles or plants that will damage the fabric - constant friction may cause irregular tear, as the number one reason for failure.
3. Make sure the flag or banner is setup correctly - push flag to the end of pole tip and tie the cord stopper accordingly
4. Keep your poles for your teardrop or feather banners away from surrounding objects - avoid pole damage caused by collision with other strong obstacles due to wind
5. Not for very windy days - it's a good idea to take down your large banners if wind speeds exceed 55km/h, your small banners if wind speeds exceed 65km/h
6. Wash only when necessary - when washing do not use detergent, rinse in water only, no washing machine.
